Grouper – Epinephelus guaza. Big, oval body with a strong head and a wide mouth. Rounded tail and mottled brown coloring that blends right in. You’ll find them on rocky seabeds with lots of cracks and crevices, anywhere from 3 to 100 meters deep. They can grow up to a full meter in length.
