Mein Schiff 2, a Century-class cruise ship operated by TUI Cruises, was originally built for Celebrity Cruises by Meyer Werft in Papenburg, Germany. Launched on 11 July 1997 and first named MV Mercury, she entered service on 27 October 1997. This photo shows her visit to Valletta in August 2016, docked gracefully in the Grand Harbour with Malta’s historic skyline as a backdrop.
