Wied Musa Battery
Wied Musa Battery, built in 1714–1716 by the Order of Saint John, was part of Malta’s coastal defense system. Located in Mellieħa, it was designed to protect the northern shores from naval attack. Now abandoned and partially ruined, the battery remains a historical landmark reflecting Malta’s military past.
